Today was the first day back at preschool for Riley - we started the day with a bagel from Tim Hortons. Which of course, meant a nice XL coffee for me for the drive.
It's the beginning of January, and we're seeing temperatures around and above the freezing mark. This is making the drive just a little bit sloppy. I wish I could be like Riley on the drive - completely passed out in the back seat on the way home. Until we get home, that is, and he has to wake up and shake off the grumps from his nap.
Anyhow... a quick letter for my friendly ISP:

Dear Telus
Please fix my f*ing internet. I don't want my connection to drop multiple times a day. I don't want my PVR to stop recording mid-show, then not pick it up on the other side. Please fix your products, or give me a considerably better price on the sub-standard service you're providing.
You outright told me that I would have a better experience than with my previous ISP, and while the price and services offered through the technology are certainly appealing, they are definitely not providing a sufficient experience, never mind "better" experience, to be in my living room.
