July 26 - Oops..

so it's pretty hard to post a picture a day when you don't take one.

This is Hayley.  We've been running together for about as long as I have been running - so almost 3 years now?   We've just finished up a 6k run after clinic, one of the harder runs we've done lately.  Clinic has started to get thin, like they do near the end of it all.  If you exclude the leadership (Laurie, Hayley and I), we had 3 people show up this evening.  A bit sad, yes, but it is the summer, and it's at that point where things are starting to get tiring, and the runs take a long time and ..

I have come to terms with the fact that I am "there" too.  I don't look forward to riding my bike like I did this spring, now it's just something that I should do to save a few $ on gas.

Ah well.  Maybe a few days off from the big chunks of activity will help.
