We finally had a little bit of a break from the rain today, so nearly as soon as I got home I let both boys out to play in the yard. So here's Lukah, playing with pails of water, pouring them over the yard - just in case we DIDN'T get wet enough.
Shortly after this picture was taken, I went back inside to finish baking the loafs of bread I was working on when the boys toddled in. Lukah was soaked all the way through, and had enough mud on his face to make me think he was going through the trenches in some military training.
So right off to bath for him, while Holly got ready for one of her last sessions of yoga.. Bathtime finished, dinner time, THEN bed time.. All out of order, so of course, Lukah didn't want to sleep at all.
Sigh. Kids.
Tomorrow is Tuesday, and I'll be on bike come heck or.. High water. The forecast is looking nice so far, and since it's been a week since I've been on bike, it'll be nice to get back on it.
The rest of the week promises to be a bit busy, as I'll be running a training session for the shiney new Intranet. So far, reception has been good - hopefully it stays positive!
