Nothing quite makes a morning like a cinnamon bun, orange juice, and Mythbusters playing on Daddy's laptop. We've got both boys more or less enthralled with whatever it being destroyed on the show.

We didn't get up to much today.. Holly had physio mid-day, so we hung out until she went to that. Lukah went with her for the ride, so Riley and I went for a short bike ride. I got around to some long-over due cleanup things.. Took out the recycling, collected the empties for collection, cleaned out some of the filters on the dish washer, and so on. Nothing exciting.
My folks are over tonight to be with the kids tomorrow morning. Holly and I are off to a race around 6:30 AM or so, and my parents were kind enough to watch them while we went off and did this thing.
Tomorrow is Canada Day, so after our race, we'll head out to Sherwood Park and catch some of the activities that are going on there.
