It's my Monday, at least until tomorrow and then it's Friday… it's a pretty good deal to go back to work with only two days left in the week. Today was the indoor golf tournament (which I didn't partake in - just tried to work through), so things were a bit relaxed. Good day to go back.
Going back to work after a chunk of time off is always a bit stressful, especially when so many things were left on the table before I left. But, in the end most of it has been taken care of, some things went away on their own, some got handled by Steve, and some required my attention, but all in all, things are under control.
Just in time for the weekend. Sweet.
Todays picture comes from the park / lake area of my subdivision. I generally don't frequent this area during the winter, since there's not much to do there in the winter. Better off going to the playground instead, truth be told. But today the bus went left when I wanted to go straight, so I hopped off and walked home.
That's the price I pay for getting to nap on the LRT, I guess. The new LRTs really are a lot warmer and more comfortable!
I've been slowly slogging through the pictures that we took from the trip, and when I get them somewhat sorted out, I'll upload them to my gallery to share. Until then, I'm still tagging and doing some red-eye reduction and such, in between dealing with getting back to real life. So, the pictures and the postings about the trip may be a bit before they come.
Tomorrow: It's Friday! And it's a birthday dinner! Yay!
