The weekend.. a time to relax, chill out, and watch some Toopy and Bino in front of a nice real wood fire. Definitely the fall - or the start of winter, as it normally happens in this part of the world. Wasn't below 0, but with the wind and the cold, and the bit of rain, sure felt like it should have been.
Went for a short run this morning.. just a few KM around the Beaumaris lake loop with Hayley. I'm not feeling sore or anything from the race, so after a week off, I think I'm fair game to get back into it. With any luck, I'll be riding my bike next week, hopefully into December sometime, when the snow (and possibly cold) will put an end to it.
Tomorrow is Riley's birthday, so here's to having caaaaake!
